Paris Perfect: A Trusted Apartment Rental Agency in Paris

We are a family who doesn’t like giving up amenities, even for space, so when it comes to renting a family-friendly apartment in Paris — a city filled with incredible hotel experiences — the apartment must be worth it. This comes down to the quality of the rental, which in turn is directly related to working with a great rental agency … enter Paris Perfect.

Paris Perfect is one of the most trusted rental agency brands in Paris and, though we’ve booked many happy clients into their apartments, Ciao Bambino had not experienced one of their units directly until now. I had my first Paris Perfect rental experience this summer when I needed to find an apartment with another family for four nights, which would have been cost-prohibitive at a hotel. In addition, we wanted a way to relax together in a private living room after putting kids to bed.

After 20 years in business, Paris Perfect has thought through everything and optimized the rental experience from start to finish. Here’s what we learned about why Paris Perfect is a Paris vacation rental favorite:

Paris Perfect Apartment Rental Agency Family-Friendly Review

First Touch Matters

Whether you are an agent looking for an apartment on behalf of a client or a family looking for an apartment to book directly, the first touch with a rental agency matters, as it is this interaction that provides confidence that they know what they are doing and have a handle on the finer details of their inventory. In the case of Paris Perfect, the staff includes a full-time team who lives in Paris and hand-selects all the properties. They work and are available for guest assistance seven days a week. When we were starting our Paris apartment search, the minute I reached out and explained what we were looking for, they came back with relevant results that we were excited about.

The Paris Perfect website is easy to navigate and user-friendly

Well-Designed Website

As the owner of a review-focused travel website, I understand that showcasing diverse accommodations in a thoughtful and user-friendly way is not an easy task. One of the things that we appreciate about Paris Perfect is their well-designed user interface. There is no smoke and mirrors here, just practical information searchable in a way that is relevant. Properties are listed by the number of bedrooms, and the filter provides an additional criterion to select the number of children traveling, which yields a refined list of results. You can also filter in views, location and essential amenities like an elevator, air-conditioning, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher.

Photos are crisp, clean and big enough that you can actually get a solid idea of what a property looks like. The descriptions are detailed and include all the essential facts, including the exact size of the beds and if a sofa bed is available (or necessary to accommodate children). The descriptions also clearly outline what the bathrooms contain, i.e. whether the showers are walk-in or integrated with a bathtub. No feature is left unturned.

There is an availability calendar so you don’t waste time chasing inventory that is already committed, and most apartments can be booked right on the website if you don’t need to engage the staff with questions.

Our Apartment: Beautifully Appointed Beaujolais in the Heart of the 7th

We stayed in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, just blocks from the Eiffel Tower, in the two-bedroom apartment called Beaujolais. Talk about central! We were walk-out to all kinds of great neighborhood restaurants and shops. Catching a cab from here was easy when we didn’t feel like walking and there are plenty of Metro stops nearby as well.

Beaujolais is beautiful, immaculate and comfortable, but it isn’t so precious that it doesn’t feel easy with kids. The living room is light and bright with big windows and lovely street views. From some angles you can see the Eiffel Tower.

The master bedroom is sizable with a queen-size bed and large bathroom, and the second bedroom is perfect with kids — it has two twin beds and an ensuite shower and sink (the toilet is outside the bedroom). The kitchen is small but well-stocked with all you need to cook, and includes a dishwasher, a cooktop, an oven and a large refrigerator.

Paris Perfect Perks

Many Paris Perfect rentals include additional perks such as free wireless Internet, free calls to landlines and cell phones in the USA and Canada, free calls to landlines in Europe, double-glazed windows, a washer/dryer, and hair dryers in all the bathrooms.

Paris Perfect also offers a greeter service where someone meets you to show you the unit and answer questions, as well as the local staff who answers the phone every day of the week. This is one of the most important perks. We don’t like being in a foreign city with kids and having no resources for questions. Paris Perfect solves this and they also offer concierge services (fee-based) for guests who want them. A detailed self-service information document presented with rentals helps guests navigate the neighborhood. We tried some of the restaurant suggestions and found them to be spot-on.
