Before Becoming an Advisor …

Prior to becoming an advisor, I dedicated over a decade of my life to the field of education, with a significant portion of that time spent in Seoul, South Korea. As an educator, I had the opportunity to experience life as a tutor, college consultant, and perhaps my favorite role of all, a teacher of literature. South Korea served as a home during this period, offering me invaluable insights into a different culture, way of life, and a lot of my favorite foods!

My Favorite Travel Experiences or Destinations

Snorkeling in Tulum. Making melon-flavored gelato in Florence. Trying a Kyoto-style course meal in a Japanese ryokan. Having afternoon tea at the Ritz London. These snapshots are just a small taste of the many amazing adventures I have been on! When it comes to my favorite travel experiences and destinations, I have had the privilege of exploring several countries. From spending my childhood in Mexico to a year abroad immersing myself in Japanese culture during college, my travels have woven a rich tapestry of experiences.

Why I Love My Job

I have an inherent love for travel and an unwavering passion for planning it. The excitement of exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and experiencing what new places have to offer has always been an important part of my life. As a mother of two young children, ensuring that every member of the family enjoys our travels as much as I do is paramount. At Ciao Bambino, I have the opportunity to help others make their dream travel plans a reality and to help create unforgettable travel experiences. I draw inspiration from the transformative impact travel can have on people’s lives, particularly the many joys travel has brought my children. There is no greater joy than sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for travel with others.
