The Somerset is a special place. The resort feels like a private tropical island getaway, featuring luxurious condo-style rooms with gourmet kitchens and plenty of space for families. It’s kid-friendly but not kid-centric; amenities for families include a year-round kids’ club, floaties for the pool, and, best of all, staff who go out of their way to make every age feel pampered and comfortable. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing — a very different experience than staying at a busy mega-hotel. The pool, while not large, is perfect for kids. The beach and setting are insanely beautiful. There is also a croquet lawn. as well as complimentary beach games, snorkeling equipment and kayaks. Other equipment including stand up paddle boards and surf boards are available for a small fee. Fabulous housekeeping service in every condo means parents get a break too.
