Family-run, this upscale, atmospheric hotel offers a totally unique beach vacation experience. The historic estate produces olive oil from its grove of 1,000-year-old trees and is full of exotic yet comfortable spaces to explore and unwind. Although the service and meals are high-end, the interior design is country chic, unfussy, and perfect with children. Bikes for the entire family are available for guest use. There’s a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and playground, as well as a small but appealing Aveda spa and fitness area uniquely set in a cave.
