The Hyatt Regency is a wonderful resort for families visiting Lake Tahoe. Kid-friendly amenities include a private sandy beach with watersports rentals (in season), a kids’ club, a heated pool and hot tubs, and an arcade in the hotel. Meanwhile, adults will enjoy the casino and great dining options, an incredible spa, and workout facilities. Sierra Cloud, a popular catamaran over the summer months offering group sails, leaves right from the on-property pier. The Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is close to nice parks for toddler play (one is just next door). In the winter, there are shuttles to Diamond Peak for skiing and other top Lake Tahoe ski areas like Northstar and Squaw Valley are accessible as well.
