London with Kids

Nancy wrote about London with kids at length when she returned from her trip last summer.  However, she left out a few fun and juicy tidbits when she wrote our articles. I have good news—the rest of her story is online today on Delicious Baby.

If you want a laugh, check it out. Her harrowing flight across the Atlantic is familiar to all of us who have traveled abroad with babies and toddlers. On our first trip to Italy when our son was a year old, he did not sleep for the entire 11 hour flight. Not one single wink of sleep. Sure, we followed all the advice—traveled at night, brought a car seat, his lovies, blah, blah, blah. Nothing worked. We were beyond stressed. Of course, I’d do it all again in a heartbeat because the flight is such a small blip in time compared to the joy of being in a favorite destination.

Nancy also uncovers the great shops and restaurants she experienced with her kids in London in her post. Be sure and check it out. Besides, if you haven’t been to Delicious Baby in awhile, time for a revisit. Debbie has posted some a wonderful photo from her travels in Cambodia, the subject of this year’s inspirational Passport for Purpose fundraiser.
