Community Recommended Hotels and Resorts

Tenuta di Spannocchia is a green vacation destination on a working organic farm with spectacular food and amazing history. The views from the property are magnificent. Kids love the huge lawn (perfect for running around and chasing bugs), swimming pool and the farm animals. Everyone is enamored with the onsite castle and nearby hiking trails through the forest. A summer camp program where children ages 6-12 can learn about the culture, cuisine, and organic farming of Italy is also available. Guest accommodations in the farmhouses are rustic but comfortable with kitchens and everything families need. The location in the heart of Tuscany has easy access to everything, from cities to parks to castles.
