Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, is a former sugar plantation on 100 acres wedged between St. Lucia’s towering Pitons, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. All of the 93 accommodations and 60 luxury hillside villas have spectacular views of the Caribbean or the Pitons. The style marries 18th-century colonial charm with modern, luxurious amenities. Accommodations also have private plunge pools and butler service. Guests have a wide range of dining options on property, with an optional meal plan.
