Le Mas de Chastelas

It’s rare to find a place that literally takes your breath away, but when you pull up by the main entrance to Le Mas de Chastelas, the natural Provençal beauty of the place does just that. Before you’ve even stepped through that front door your eye is drawn past the chic interior and through the open back door to the glinting turquoise pool beyond. The pared down, understated luxury of the hotel provides a welcome respite to the glitz and glamour of Saint-Tropez and its surrounding beaches just down the road. And when you do want to dip into the Saint-Tropez lifestyle, there is a shuttle at your beck and call that will take you to the beach clubs and town. Although, you will find it hard to drag yourselves away from the hotel, grounds, and incredible onsite dining. This isn’t a hotel that will entertain you. It’s a place where, whether you are one or 91, you can entertain yourselves. There are toys by the pool, board games at reception and books for guests to borrow. There is a tennis court too and lovely grounds to wander. Le Mas de Chastelas is a fantastic place to spend quality family time.
