The property spans a series of renovated canal houses in a quiet residential neighborhood. Rooms and public spaces are lavishly yet tastefully decorated; each has its own unique look and feel. Some of the 93 rooms have beautiful views of the Singel Canal, while others overlook the courtyard garden. Connecting rooms and family rooms are ideal for parents traveling with children, and the hotel offers family amenities, such as a small cabinet stocked with toys and games.
