Fonte de’ Medici features several fully restored and updated farmhouses, plus spacious and and beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartments, some of which can be connected to form suites for a family of up to six people. 13 other suites and apartments are nearby, scattered throughout the little village of Santa Maria, including an independent farmhouse— Podere Tignanello — that overlooks Antinori’s historic vineyards. All of the Fonte de’ Medici apartments and suites have been attentively-appointed in an updated country style. Beautiful fabrics, muted earth tones, terra cotta floors, exposed wood beam ceilings, Persian carpets, and spacious tiled bathrooms enhance the rustic charm. Bedrooms are spacious. Onsite activities include swimming, tennis, mountain biking, and hiking. The location is excellent with easy access to both Florence, Siena, and central Tuscany’s main attractions.
