What makes the Evergreen Lodge special is the variety of summer camp-style activities. Everything is organized around a central plaza with many entertainment options for all ages, including horseshoes, table tennis, and an outdoor fire pit. It is a safe and fun setup for families. The hotel has a toddler play area, board games, a zipline, and swimming pool available. One particularly nice feature is the affordable children’s menu, given that the restaurant is the only option for meals and guests can’t keep food in cabins because of bears. The staff is wonderful and offers great local excursion advice and guided activities. Family Cabins are comfortable and ideally configured, with pocket doors that close for separation and privacy. Just 7 miles from Yosemite National Park, Evergreen Lodge offers easy access to park attractions and a wide variety of outdoor adventures.
