Built in 1927 as a polo club, the atmospheric Country Club Lima Hotel, offers a five-star experience to families from start to finish. With just 83 rooms, the hotel has an intimate ambiance, yet the big perk for families is access to places for kids to play including the onsite swimming pool and access to an adjacent playground. 24 of the guest rooms are suites with spacious living areas; some suites open to private patios. There’s a strong sense of place here as the hotel is filled with unique art and artifacts. The gourmet onsite restaurant is well-known, as are the delicious Pisco Sours served in the popular Bar Ingles. Located in the safe, elegant, leafy neighborhood of San Isidro, wonderful attractions are easy to access from here, including the beach and Miraflores.
