Located on the tranquil island of St. Barths, Le Guanahani is an upscale, boutique oasis spread over 18 secluded acres. Nestled above a private beach on the edge of a peninsula, the rooms and suites afford families views of lush vegetation, sweeping beaches and blue ocean. While vast in acreage, the property is intimate in terms of accommodations: Le Guanahani features only 30 rooms, 27 suites and 10 signature suites, all housed in multi-hued cottages along welcoming garden paths.

Families are spoiled for choice when it comes to relaxation and recreation at Le Guanahani. Two beaches are located on a large bay, with one dedicated to tidal pools during low tide. The hotel offers kayaks, snorkel gear, paddleboards and kite surfing, all complimentary. A jet ski tour can be arranged for an additional fee. Fresh food at the beach restaurant, Indigo, is available for breakfast and lunch. In the evenings, Bartolomeo offers fine dining with a kids’ menu; parents will appreciate the excellent wine list and the live piano music. Additional dining choices on the island and great shopping are accessible by car.
