CB! Approved Hotels and Resorts

Hotel Regency is an old-world boutique accommodation on a leafy square in Florence. A highlight for families is that this square includes a park with a lovely playground for young children. The staff and ambiance at Hotel Regency are unbelievably intimate and friendly — it feels more like staying at an elegant guest house than a hotel in a popular European city. The 32 rooms and suites are decorated in a traditional European style. Options for families include suites with sofa beds, as well as connecting rooms. There is a sweet back garden with seating for warm days and evenings. The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience for dinner if parents want a special date night with the kids nearby. The location is primarily residential, but Florence is compact and main attractions are only a 10- to 15-minute walk from here.
