Community Recommended Hotels and Resorts

This hotel in the Adirondack Mountains has a beautiful setting, and the location is wonderful – just a 2-minute walk from the town of Lake Placid and a 10-minute drive to the ski area. The property is set right on Mirror Lake with a private beach. There are a million activities to choose from throughout all seasons in this area. Rooms are spacious, and there is an indoor pool that kids love to use after skiing. Public areas are family-oriented, warm, and inviting; the decks facing the lake have fantastic views. The food is outstanding, especially the fresh, homemade bread.
