The rooftop pool bar is our favorite feature as it enables families to easily escape the heat and crowds of Florence for swimming breaks. The pool isn’t big, but children have plenty of room to swim and the view of Florence is stunning. The terrace serves drinks and snacks as well. Grand Hotel Minerva offers multiple spacious family suites with nice linens and updated décor; some of these rooms can accommodate up to six people in a single configuration. All children are given a special welcome gift. The front desk staff is friendly and provides excellent suggestions for dinners out in Florence with kids.
