We loved Follonico! Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are brand-new, modern and clean. The hosts, particularly Fabio, are amazing. The space is great for kids, especially given the vegetable garden out back and the pond with ducks. They also have a chicken coop, a donkey and a horse on the property, so our kids had a great time watching and playing with the animals. Fabio is an amazing cook who made the best breakfasts we experienced in our month in Italy. We also had him cook a couple of dinners onsite for us — all with vegetables fresh-picked from his garden. This is a good central location for sightseeing in southern Tuscany and northern Umbria.
