We understand this is a challenging time for our clients given the uncertainty around the spread of coronavirus, COVID-19, particularly for those with near-term travel plans in impacted areas. We’re working with our suppliers on being flexible with their booking conditions and enabling families to postpone travel to a later date without a penalty, when possible. Likewise, given the unpredictability around destinations that may be impacted in the future, we’re helping clients planning new trips to understand ways that they can protect themselves until the situation improves.
For the latest news and information on COVID-19, we’ve compiled a list of resources:
U.S. Department of State travel information
U.S. Department of State COVID-19 country-specific information
National Health Service (UK) coronavirus overview
World Health Organization (WHO)
IATA Travel Centre List of country entry requirements
We are ready to help our clients work through questions and concerns.
We always recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment. If for any reason a client needs to modify or cancel their trip, including around COVID-19, they may be subject to loss of deposits or the entire cost of their vacation. Upon request, we may be able to send a non-binding quote for trip insurance as a courtesy to our clients. All clients must investigate policy terms and are fully responsible for understanding policy coverage limitations and exclusions, as well as alternative provider options prior to purchasing.
