For me, the ultimate holiday cheer is finding the balance between giving to others while taking care of myself over the holidays. One constant way I’ve done that over the past few years is by participating in the fantastic travel blogger fundraiser, Passports with Purpose. That’s the “give.” The “get” is making my own donations for the chance to win a laundry list of sensational prizes. The cause is always incredibly impactful and the energy everyone puts around fundraising is truly inspiring. We love working with a partner to give away exciting prizes and this year is no exception …
Ciao Bambino’s 2012 Passports with Purpose Prize
Fancy a three-bedroom, 2,100-square-foot penthouse residence with a private infinity edge pool, expansive terraces and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean? You can invite five favorite people to share this glorious accommodation as it comfortably sleeps six people. Inspirato, a leading luxury destination club, has opened its kimono to offer a week-long stay at their private, members-only vacation home, Las Olas, on the Punta de Mita peninsula in Mexico for Passports for Purpose 2012!
Las Olas is housed within Los Veneros, a luxury, gated community of privately-owned, high-end resort residences that also have access to a secluded beach club within the Los Veneros property. The beach club includes a bar, restaurant, pool, gym and spa services. Just like Inspirato members, the winner of this prize and his or her guests will also have access to the beach club and its amenities in addition to enjoying their private Inspirato penthouse.

Winner Will Experience Inspirato Services
As the prize winner, you and your guests will also enjoy the services of an Inspirato personal vacation advisor to help plan your vacation beforehand, including making activity suggestions, answering questions and helping arrange ground transportation and groceries to be purchased and delivered to your residence before you arrive (the winner will be responsible for paying for the groceries and ground transportation).
Inspirato’s Las Olas bedroom
An on-site Inspirato destination concierge will greet you upon arrival and will be on hand during your stay to arrange activities like snorkeling excursions, make restaurant recommendations or arrange for rentals like surfboards or paddle boards. If you choose, a housekeeper will arrive each morning to prepare breakfast for you and your guests to enjoy on your private outdoor dining veranda for no extra charge (using the groceries purchased by the winner) in addition to cleaning the residence each day.
Hello INCREDIBLE prize! Although it’s difficult to put a value on all those services, the approximate dollar value of this prize is $4,550.
